Compare Bench Press Sets
How to Compare Bench Press Sets?
There are a few different factors to take into consideration when shopping for a bench press set or weight bench. We carry many different types of weight benches on our site including adjustable, incline, decline, flat, curl, and more. This page should help you decide which bench press set to buy.
Adjustable or Not
If a flat bench is all you need, then you may be able to save money by not buying an adjustable bench. A flat bench will not have seat or back adjustments and is stationary for workouts. These are great for many different exercises and a staple in the weight room.
If you're looking for a bench that works for incline, decline, or curls or something else then its probably worth your money to buy a more versatile bench press set that has adjustments for varying degrees of incline and decline.

How much room do you have in your gym and where will it be sitting? We carry some larger sets that have Olympic weight pegs and barbell holders and we carry smaller footprint weight benches that only require minimal space. Choose a workout bench that accommodates the space it will be in and the features you need.

Want to Do Curls?
We carry one bench that you can perform curl exercises with. This obviously is not your standard bench press set and won't work for bench press exercises. This is a great weight bench to do bicep curls though.
As you can see there are many different types of bench press sets depending on your exercise needs. If you need any help choosing a bench press set for you, please let us know and one of our bench press experts will guide you along the way.
